We have a crew of 10 extremely skilled and experienced construction workers that fix all our properties to bring them up to our standard for maximum rental income. Our team consists of skilled painters, drywallers, carpenters, plumbers, and electricians. We pride ourselves on performing high quality work in a timely manner to ensure quick turn around times on the rental and sale of our properties.

Tenant Placement

Tenant placement is a hurdle that prevents potential investors to finally pull the trigger on acquiring their first few investment properties. It takes time and a seamless process to have the confidence to place quality tenants in your investment properties that will help you sleep well at night knowing your investment is in good hands. For all our turnkey properties the sale of the property is contingent on a passed inspection, and proof of tenant placement. This contingency provides our investors with the peace of mind to know that the property will not close until tenants are in place and it shows we are serious about providing a high quality service that removes the headache out of investing.

Property management is the differentiating factor between a successful investment and a not so successful investment. We are here to lighten the load off your shoulders and provide a stress free approach to property management. We pride ourselves on taking the correct preventative measures to mitigate the typical problems that come with real estate investment properties. Property Management isn't easy so we plan accordingly in the construction phase to avoid a lot of the common pitfalls and issues that come with owning real estate. The sale of our turnkey properties are contingent not only on tenant placement prior to close but also on a 1 year property management agreement where we are incentivized to provide the best tenants possible as to not deal with the unnecessary and time consuming issues that prevents us from scaling our business.
